Overview
The simulator demonstrates an anatomically correct female pelvic in standard delivery position with fetuses.
• Palpation of fetus position, head presentation, normal vaginal delivery,
frankbreechpresentation, footling breech (single foot), episiotomy.
• Multiple pregnancy including double-head position, head-breech position,
breech-head position, double-breech position.
• Prolapse of cord, treatment of various placenta previa, application of vacuum extractor, ways to deal with the placenta and umbilical cord, as well as neonatal nursing.
Anatomy
With the same size as a real female pelvis includes hip bone, sacrum, coccyx, 4th and 5thlumbar vertebrae (lumbar intervertebral disc) and sacral promontory, pubic symphysis,sciatica, ischial tubercle and other anatomical structures.
Realism
• Gynaecoid shape pelvis with soft, flexible birth canal and pelvic floor musculature provides realism in normal and complicated births;
• Baby model represents a full term infant in weight and size, allowing for realistic handling
Cleaning
1. Clean the simulator with a damp cloth, using warm water and neutral detergent. Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or materials.
2. Allow trainer to completely dry before storing.
3. Keep away from sunshine.
